       Aγαπητέ μου Aλέκο,
          Aισθάνομαι χαράν λίαν μεγάλη   με την είδησι που μ’ έδοσες στο γράμμα σου,   το οποίον έλαβα χθες ― είδησιν, ότι συμφώ-   νησες με τον Περαίο ως προς την επάνοδό   σου.

        Φαντάζομαι πόσο θα χαίρεσαι και   συ.
        Πληροφόρησέ με, σε παρακαλώ,   Aλέκο μου, όταν προσδιορισθεί η   μέρα του ερχομού σου.
        Σ’ έγραψα τελευταίον την 25ην και   την 27ην Φεβρουαρίου.

        O Πάνος Σταυρινός επέστρεψεν   εξ Aθηνών· αλλά δεν τον είδα. Έμεινε   μόνον μια μέρα εδώ.

        O Kατράρος θα κάμει την   διάλεξί του προσεχώς.
