Two printed sheets, one made of paperboard and one made of paper, folded so as to form four-page leaflets, serving as front and back cover respectively, as well as the title and contents pages of the 1915-1922 period Collection. On the front cover and on the title page, the date “1922” is filled-in in ink by Cavafy. Subsequent handwritten note “incomplete” on the front cover. On the verso of the title page, handwritten dedication by Cavafy to Napoleon Lapathiotis. The table of contents is written in two columns, in chronological order. The titles of the four last poems of 1912 are handwritten. The last title of 1921, the titles of 1922 as well as the page numbers are handwritten on the verso of the contents page. No poems are included.
