Table of contents on the penultimate sheet. The last sheet is blank. Handwritten correction in the printed numbering of a sheet. The sheets bear printer’s details with chronological references (1918-1920), while some of them are printed in fonts of a different size (pp. 6, 9, 10, 26). The back cover is missing.
