EXTENT AND MEDIUM:
Records the extent of the unit of description. In case of an item description, it records the exact dimensions of the item.
NAME OF CREATOR(S):
Identifies the author or the creator of the unit of description.
CONTENT AND STRUCTURE AREA
SCOPE AND CONTENT:
Provides a summary of the scope (such as, time periods, geography) and content of the unit of description.
The file is divided into two sub-files, the first of which contains the incoming correspondence and the second the outgoing correspondence.
SYSTEM OF ARRANGEMENT:
Provides information on the processing, the internal structure, the order and the system of classification of the fonds.
Thematic arrangement in sub-files and chronological arrangement therein.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE AREA
LANGUAGE AND SCRIPT NOTES:
Identifies the language(s) and script(s) employed in the unit of description.
Documents in English, except for one written in French.
