Identifies the level of arrangement of the unit of description (fonds, sub-fonds, series, sub-series, file, sub-file, item).

Records the extent of the unit of description. In case of an item description, it records the exact dimensions of the item.
NAME OF CREATOR(S):
Identifies the author or the creator of the unit of description.
CONTENT AND STRUCTURE AREA
SCOPE AND CONTENT:
Provides a summary of the scope (such as, time periods, geography) and content of the unit of description.
The sub-series includes three files. The first file (19) contains the outgoing correspondence of Cavafy to members of his family. The second file (20) contains the letters to Cavafy from members of his family, in three sub-files. The third file (21) contains the correspondence among members of the Cavafy family as well as the correspondence among family members and third parties.
SYSTEM OF ARRANGEMENT:
Provides information on the processing, the internal structure, the order and the system of classification of the fonds.
Thematic arrangement in files and sub-files and chronological arrangement therein.
