Printed edition of the music composed by Dimitri Mitropoulos on Cavafy’s poetry, entitled “10 Inventions”. Printed dedication “To Alkis Thrylos” on the first page. Handwritten dedication by the composer to Cavafy, dated 9/6/1927, at the top left of the third page (numbered “1”).
