Handmade folder made of a ruled sheet of paper with the handwritten note “Bills belonging to the shares bought by mother + which now have come into my possession”. It contains receipts for the purchase of shares through the Crédit Lyonnais, Banque Imperiale Ottomane and Betts & Co, dating to the period 1890-1896. Cavafy’s name (“Constantin F. Cavafy”, “C. F. Cavafy’) appears on three of them, while the name “J. Cavafy” (=John Cavafy) appears on one (1892). A total of five receipts.
