Pen name of Evangelos Ioannou. Tellos Agras (1899-1944) studied Law at the University of Athens. He wrote poems and essays and was also a translator and literary critic. He received awards twice for his literary work and published in various literary journals. In 1921, he delivered a lecture on Cavafy’s poetry.
